Qantas Takes Off From Dallas Fort Worth
Qantas commenced direct flights from Sydney to Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) today, delivering unprecedented access to North America for Australians. DFW is Qantas' first new international destination since Buenos Aires in 2008. The service will initially operate four times per week, with a view to increasing the frequency in future.
Jetstar Asian Hub
JETSTAR, the discount carrier of Qantas Airways, said it planned to commence long-haul flights from its major Asian hub in Singapore to Australia, north Asia and possibly European destinations by the end of this year.
