Wakaya Island is part of the Lomaiviti group situated in the Koro Sea due east of Vitilevu (the main island of Fiji). It is approximately 35 minutes by air from Nadi International Airport and 12 minutes from Nausori Airport.

There is plenty to do and see at The Wakaya Club, activities range from kayaking, coral viewing, snorkeling, handline fishing, tennis, golf, diving, game fishing, to spa services, fitness center, hiking, archeological tours, and private beach picnics.

At The Wakaya Club, you may choose the intimacy of a table for two, or the company of friends at a larger table. While many Fijian resorts have a communal table, your privacy is sacred at The Wakaya Club and seating is arranged according to your wishes. Weather permitting, breakfast and lunch is served on the deck overlooking the lagoon, in the Palm Grove Restaurant, or in your bure. Dinner is served in the Palm Grove Restaurant. The Wakaya Club specializes in Pacific Rim cuisine inspired by the island’s plentiful resources. Every meal is a distinct pleasure, prepared in a state-of-the-art kitchen by all-Fijian chefs who understand the simplicity that underlies sophisticated cuisine.
