The owners and hosts, Colleen and Murray Ward, look after all of their guests with an attention to detail found nowhere else. Guests have a choice of four sumptuous rooms with king-size beds, fine linens, walk-in wardrobes, lovely en-suite bathrooms, and doors to a private terrace.
While at The Springs, you will be treated to a scenic 15-min helicopter flight to Mt Tarawera, including a landing. Well known for its destructive eruption of 1886, this volcano is one of many in the region and the flight takes in many of the picturesque lakes surrounding this peak with stunning views looking back onto the city itself.
