ITINERARY

DAY 1
Upon arrival, you will be met and welcomed with fragrant flower leis and transferred to the Radisson Plaza Resort, Tahiti. Featuring lush surroundings and a prime Tahiti location with easy access to Tahiti’s best water sports and shopping, the Radisson Plaza Resort Tahiti offers the kind of warm hospitality, inviting atmosphere and topnotch services sure to please all travelers.

Located on the beautiful Lafayette Beach just minutes from Papeete’s shopping and port district, the Radisson Plaza Resort Tahiti boasts unique direct access to the tropical ocean waters of Tahiti offering the best watersports options available on the Island. Set along the curve of the beach, featuring stunning views over Matavai Bay, the resort also enjoys a westerly aspect toward Moorea Island and the reef. Bordered by a prominent headland and surrounded by lush tropical foliage, the setting creates the experience of an idyllic, relaxing retreat.

DAY 2
This morning discover the tropical ambiance of Tahiti on a complete tour around the island. Visit One Tree Hill, Arahoho Blow Hole, Gauguin Museum, Vaipahi Gardens and the Mara’a Fern Grottos. Entrance to the Gauguin Museum will be paid on arrival.

This evening you will enjoy an evening at one of Tahiti’s most famous restaurants, Le Belvedere. The restaurant is located on top of one of the hills behind Papeete. You will feel on top of the world in this rustic and cheerful setting, 1,800 feet above the sea, overlooking Point Venus and Moorea. This elegant French restaurant has a bar and a large dining room with panoramic views of the surrounding bays. Watch the blazing crimson sun dip beneath what seems like an endless blue ocean or the myriad of glittering stars and the shimmering moon that reflect from the calm ripples of the sea. On a clear evening at sunset, during the months of May and June, you can sometimes distinguish the mountains of Huahine, an island 94 miles from Tahiti. A telescope on the terrace is provided for those who would like to take a closer look at their far surroundings.

Today you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
