ITINERARY
Hotel Bora Bora’s Honeymoon Escape offers a romantic break for two over a three-night stay set beneath the lush green volcanic peak of Mount Otemanu.
Upon arrival guests are led to their petal-adorned rooms where champagne and fruit await. Breakfast for two in the Matira Terrace Restaurant is included, as is a candlelit dinner with a bottle of champagne which can be served in the privacy of the room. Also included is a cruise for two aboard the catamaran Taravana and one hour’s body treatment for two.
Hotel Bora Bora’s 54 Polynesian-style bungalows offer panoramic views of the turquoise lagoon and the chance to explore some of its spectacular marine life.
Stay in one of Hotel Bora Bora’s 15 Over-water bungalows—thatched-roof, tropical-island retreats set directly over the blue lagoon. The water surrounding these bungalows is abundant in coral and marine life. Each air-conditioned Over-water Bungalow features a bedroom with a king-size, four-poster bed, a spacious bathroom and a two-tiered sundeck shaded by a roof of hand-tied pandanus. There is also a shower at water level alongside steps leading into the lagoon. The decor takes on the inspiration of an old trader’s house with rattan and bamboo, Tasmanian oak floors, red-cedar walls, ceilings of pandanus lashed to beams of Douglas fir and cast-iron tubs. Rooms may also include a collection of Polynesian craft, from canoe paddles to fish-hooks.
During your stay, Hotel Bora Bora offers an extensive range of water-based experiences from snorkeling and diving in some of the Pacific’s clearest waters to sailing, fishing and leisurely sea canoeing to explore isolated islands armed with nothing more than a paddle and a picnic lunch.
