Hunter Valley offers four styles of accommodation including Hunter Rooms, Vineyard Rooms, Spa Cottage, and a spacious 2-bedroom cottage, which is ideal for families. All rooms have a country-style decor and feature timber cathedral ceilings, LCD TV, CD/DVD players, bathtub and shower, air conditioning, and have private balconies with views over the Wine Country. There’s a lot offered just for you! Find yourself exploring the on-site facilities, including a library, pool, heated spa, tennis court, mountain bikes, and a 1.8-mile walking trail. What will you do first?

You can also eat at the in-house restaurant, Matilda Bay Brewhouse! Did you know that it is the area’s first boutique brewhouse? The menu is a mix of traditional brewhouse fare and Italian flavor. Delicious and hearty! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served as the bar stays open from 10 am until late at night. If you choose to venture out for a meal, there are many local restaurants and cafes to choose from nearby. The options are nearly endless.  

The Hunter Valley Resort is accessible by rail from Sydney or for those who wish to drive. It’s completely up to you! It is a two-hour drive from the city due north. If you do choose to take it easy and ride the train, they can pick you up at the train station.
