The huge sand formations can be explored on foot or aboard quad bikes.  The rich mining heritage of the West coast is in abundant display at Queenstown and Zeehan.  If cruising is your thing then fantastic experiences await at Arthur River and up the Pieman River from Corinna to the great Southern Ocean.
